![]() I am at a loss as to what is happening, because using the exact same assets in GameShow and OBS works perfectly. Resetting the preferences has worked, but closing and opening the program again will cause the issue to, once again, occur. Sometimes they will work, but before long they will beginning outputting a black screen with only audio. I have rebuilt the scenes multiple times. ![]() In fact, doing a local recording is an easy way to test if the issue is still present or has resolved itself This problem occurs in both streams and localised recordings. However, unlike GameShow or OBS, no matter what I do, the current document will fail in some respect and end up outputting a black image with audio. I was using GameShow, but Purchased Wirecast Pro in order to make use of RTMP. Sony Alpha A7 with high qualify 50mm lens & lots of light MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2048 MB, Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB with 1 TB SSD It's impossible to put into words how frustrating this is. How am I supposed to know that wirecast decided to take the day off when i'm streaming or recording video? And after 30 minutes of what seemed like great video, i went to watch and it - you guessed it - all black. This time I just tried to record it instead of livestream. But it still sucks balls and I looked like a jackass. ![]() So we chalked this up to user error on our part. Total fail - except for audio.įinally, AFTER the show was over, my tech guy turned the camera off and on again and it fixed itself. He paused and restarted the show, and many other things. My tech guy spent 20 minutes trying everything he could to fix it. This was especially strange because inside wirecast we could see the video fine. The problem? My viewers had great audio but zero video. Everything was great, signal was strong, video was functional, and so we started the stream. The other day I did a livestream to Youtube.
